uploading images to the forum

I noticed a few ppl are having troubles with uploading images to the forum, so ill do a little helping hand thing and explain

firstly open your picture in paint, click save as and choose jpeg.
then go to image shack www.imageshack.us
upload your picture and you will then get a list of url's
choose the url thats for a forum




once u have ur url come back to the forum and open the page to start a topic.
above the text box there is a row ov boxes for different options click the box shown below



if u click this box u will get a small box which u enter the url u just recieved from image shack click ok

then click send at the bottom ov your post as if you were making a normal post.

also, so that ur image is small enough to c just on this page click the blue resize option box on fileshack to make it fit the page right
